UNIQUE AND SAFE                                                   even in case of incidents or absence of maintenance The H. Seal Ts is the only product available that is able to guarantee absolute safety. Traditional systems (face and water seal) require costants checks and regular maintenance (substitution components); moreover they don’t support numerous  incidental events; in a boat an obstruction of a water cooling is always possible (many seals completely burned...), in a boat incidents involving the propeller shaft are always possible (many seals completely destroyed by an axial movement of the   shaft, or by anomalous vibration of the shaft...), in a boat marine incrustations are always possible (many rubber sleeves   destroyed by incrustations on the shaft... or by a water seal bearing stick on the shaft). The H. Seal Ts is always safe, even  if there is no oil and grease (incidents or absence of maintenance...).                                                                            THE UNIQUE 100% DRY                                                                         resistance to sandy water The H. Seal Ts is unique and always dry. Traditional system (face and water seals) require a little leakage of water. Often during the first working hours you cannot see that leakage because water is immediately vaporised in the bilge (frictions   are very important in that seal); but rapidly by the action of the sand and marine incrustations the vaporisation change into  a sprinkling of water. The H. Seal Ts is the unique seal that preserves the engines from a corrosive environment.                                                                                   ECOLOGICAL                                                                           no oil leaks into the sea The oil reservoir of the H. Seal is positioned under the water sea level; so the pressure of the water is higher than that of the oil; when oil seal become holds (after many thousands of working hours) it happens just a little passage of the water   in the oil, and no a leakage of oil into the sea.                                                                              H. SEAL WORKING                                          H. Seal Patent: oil circulation, double dry stage, self-aligning bearing The H. Seal  may be  considered  the  evolution of traditional oil systems used in ships. H.  Seal  bearing  has  a  special    interior  profile  that  creates  an oil pumping with the rotation of the propeller shaft. The  oil  circulation  ensures  the    creation  of an oil  film  between  the  shaft and the bearing,  and  almost  between  the  shaft  and  the  oil  seal:  no    friction and excellent durability  of  the   oil  seal.  On  the  sea  side,  the  H.  Seal  has   a  patented   grease chamber   that protect oil seals from sand and ropes (fishing-lines...). The  water pressure prevents the escape of  the grease from   the   H. Seal.  The H. Seal is connected to the stern tube in a flexible way by a strong coupling joint with double articulation, this in order to absorb vibrations and misalignments of the propeller shaft. The hardy  metal  structure  of  the  H. Seal    guarantees  a  reliable  working  in  every condition, even without oil.                                                                                EASY TO INSTALL The H. Seal Ts may be installed on any existing stern tube without any modification. For new boats the H. Seal Ts may be supplied complete of stern tube. The installation is very easy and no adjustments are required Installation sequence in Azimut-Benetti ship yard 5 YEAR GUARANTEE The guarantee may be renewed each 5 years, lifetime. © Rexmar Srl via Molinetto, 16-18-20 Cogoleto (GE) Italy Designed By PELMHOOD HYDRAULIC SEAL TS REPLACES STUFFING-BOXES AND FACE SEALS
